Watching TV - 5.47 PM raining evening

A variety show. I learnt this. Sharing with all sportsman!

Question : After heavy excercise, example running, weight lifting etc..
which fruit is good to be taken?

The ans. is PINEAPPLE!

Question : When feeling depressed, consume fish is good.


Another fact shared on the show:
Carrot juice should not be consumed with liquor as the combination cause toxic.
So, next dining time pls avoid this.
